Rory O'Connor, following 4 years studying in the states, is the Operations Manager for Pass4Soccer Ireland.
Rory, upon graduation from the University of Memphis, returned to Dublin and has taken up the role to continue to drive Pass4Soccer Ireland forward. Rory has the degree education and personal experience to accurately advise all students wishing to gain a scholarship in the USA.
Rory graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education (Cum Laude) with a concentration in Sports Management and Communication.
In addition to excelling in the classroom, Rory was also a standout for the University of Memphis Tigers under the coaching and guidance of Coach Richie Grant. A stellar career with Memphis culminated in Rory being awarded the University of Memphis Player of the Year in 2011.

Barry Poole

Barry is a Director of Pass4 Scholarships Ireland. Barry has a long association with America through paternal family connections in Missouri and working in the Board of Trade/Department of Trade and Industry specialising in International Trade.
Upon leaving Government in 1980 Barry joined British Nuclear Fuels plc and then in 1985 left public service to set up businesses in sports publishing, marketing and project management.
As a parent of former PFA Scholar Philip, who chose to study and play as a recipient of a US university soccer scholarship, US coaches were increasingly contacting Barry about talented prospective student athletes. Barry was determined to ensure they and their parents were provided access to best advice, correct business practice and working closely with the appropriate interests both in the UK and USA.
Since 2003 Barry has built Pass4Soccer into the most transparent and well respected Scholarship consultancy in the UK.
Barry is married to Almyra and they have 3 children, Letitia, David and Philip.
Daniel Gray

Daniel is a Director of Pass4 Scholarships Ireland and oversees all recruitment, placement and after-placement care of students who join the Pass4Soccer Network Program in the UK and Ireland.
Following graduation Daniel returned to the UK to pursue business interests. Daniel was educated at Ottawa University in Kansas studying a BA (Hons) in Physical Education while pursuing a Soccer Scholarship organised through Pass4Soccer. Daniel graduated in 2006 with Summa Cum Laude honours completing his degree in three years instead of four.
While at Ottawa University Daniel was a 3 year starter on the soccer team where he won KCAC Freshman of the Year (2003) while leading the Conference in Goals (20) and Points (41). During 2003 Daniel was also nominated for NAIA National Player of the Week. Daniel was an All-Conference selection in 2003, 2004 and 2005 and an NAIA All-American Scholar-Athlete.
Between 2001 and 2003 Daniel played for Newcastle College Academy reaching the advanced stages of trials for the National Team.
Daniel is married to Danielle and lives in Newcastle.
